Help with your workbook

For help with the First30Paws digital workbook, reply to your Gumroad purchase receipt or email myr.botezan@gmail.com. Include the purchase email and a short description of the issue. Never send a password or full card details.

Finding your download

After successful payment, Gumroad provides access on the confirmation page and in the receipt email. Check the email address entered at checkout and your spam folder. Existing buyers can also use Gumroad’s purchase lookup.

Opening and printing the PDF

The workbook is a 42-page PDF in English, designed in US Letter format. Open it in a PDF reader. You may print the worksheets for personal household use. Note spaces are intended for handwriting; this edition is not an interactive fillable form.

Refunds and file problems

Contact us through your receipt if the file is missing, damaged or inaccessible, or if you want to request a refund. Refund requests are handled through Gumroad under the policy displayed for the purchase and applicable consumer rights. A support request does not require a second purchase.

We can help with access to the workbook. We do not provide individualized veterinary or behavioral treatment. Contact your veterinarian or a qualified reward-based professional for concerns about your puppy.
